[L’iconographie de la surveillance, une visualisation entre contrôle et voyeurisme] The iconography of surveillance has many social, political, technological and aesthetic resonances. These aspects may call into question the veracity, ethics and dissemination of this surveillance in relation to the vulnerability of the individual. Through a relationship between man and machine, the graphic medium plays a mediating role, whether textual or photographic, illustrative or editorial. The intervention of a graphic intermediary goes beyond the simple framework of demonstration to deliver real visual messages.
